It seemed like every time we thought we got everything together, one of the creditors or the abstract company would require something else. Chuck and Adraina put in a lot of effort to meet every request from the abstract company and creditors to get the refinance done. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. Constant communication was a positive aspect of our experience, as they always kept us in the loop as to what was happening with the loan.
