Ideal canidates will have the following minimum skills.

 

Current or past mortgage experience in mortgage operations or sales.

Proficient in using Encompass as a mortgage platform.

Strong computer skills.

Self motivated to provide a full 8 hour work day from a remote location.  If you are easily distracted or find it difficult to be efficient from a home office this is probably not a good good fit.
